As with any quality product, MODA Hardwood Flooring recommends taking all necessary steps to ensure a quality installation. One of the most important steps is to use an experienced licensed wood flooring professional to install your floor. We recommend the use of a high quality wood floor adhesive and nailing when possible to attach our product to your subfloor.

 

However, many preparation steps may be necessary prior to installation (eg. moisture mitigation and moisture barriers, leveling, acclimation, etc.). The National Wood Flooring Association (NFWA) has a thorough guide to the various installation techniques based on your individual site or environmental conditions.
