New 22,000 sq. ft. Estate Home Finished in Moda
Charlotte, North Carolina - Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, this 22,000 sq. ft estate features three of Moda Hardwood Floors traditional flooring selections. The Versailles pattern parquet covers 1000 sq ft in the formal dining area; the Planking covers 8000 sq ft throughout the estate and the Burl walnut parquet covers approximately 800 sq ft of living area.

This is a Versailles pattern 36” by 36" character grade solid walnut parquet; French bled; light scrape; champher bevel; stained a variation of our “Cognac” (finished in multiple coat natural oil to a satin sheen). The feature strip is a 6” solid walnut block with a pair of 2” by 9” parquet bands finish the same as the parquet.
This floor is an engineered 10” by 10” walnut burl veneered parquet block; micro bevels; sanded flat; stained a light gold brown; oil finished as above The frame is solid natural grade American cherry 1 ½ “ solid mitered piece.
This is a solid 4”, 6” & 8” character walnut; medium rustic scrape; French bleed; pillow bevel; stained a variation of our “Cognac” (finished in multiple coat natural oil to a satin sheen).
